Raclette Party with visit from Saint Nicholas 2023

Dear Members and Friends,

The Swiss Society of the Kansai cordially invites you to our annual Raclette Party with a special visit from Santa Claus.

This event is open to all members, friends of the Swiss Society and their guests. Let’s get together to say hello to Santa and wind down the old year with a “Raclette”, a very traditional Swiss dish. This is a popular event and seating is limited. So be sure to apply early.

Our program

• 3 p.m. — Opening, Apero
• 4 p.m. — Santa Claus will visit the children
• 5 p.m. — Swiss Raclette dinner

Reminder — Please use public transportation, if you plan to drink alcohol

Santa message

If you would like Santa to address your child at the event, makes sure to provide us with a customized message along with your registration. Please make sure to include the following information:

• Name and age of the child
• Preferred language: English, German, Spanish, and Japanese are available

Note that we must receive the messages at least 3 days in advance, to give Santa sufficient time to prepare. Late messages cannot be accepted.

While the participation fee can be paid on site, we welcome payments made by direct bank deposit.
